Disgusting service at VW The Glen

We experience the worst level of service where we travelled for over 6 hours to purchase a car, we were rushed to sign the contract as everybody wanted to go home. We took up this issue with the dealer principal who initially refused to see us but eventually came and again walked out of the office because he could not resolve our concern. Sales People work very hard to get the sales but are demotivated by the pathetic leadership especially in the The Glen VW Master cars. The Dealer principal even told us to leave the car if we want so clearly he does not value/need our business. Buying a car is a big deal for some of us...Very disgusting
