Bad service at a motor dealer

<p>We bought a bakkie at a dealer and there was some things missing but they promised it to us and its a year later and we still waiting. They have told me a few months ago that it cost to much and cant give it to us anymore but we paid R60 000 for the warranty and the things we must get. I also had a problem with the remote and won't help us. They was suppose to service the bakkie and they say they won't its our problem. I then phone unitrans and they are also not coming back to us. Please help what must i do?</p>
