bad service and misleading information

<p>i bought a car from vw mc dulling’s booysens in august 2016 in September I went back to them and spoke to Andre who I told there is a noise when I apply breaks and without checking the car he told me it is a compound I should not worry. The noise kept increasing and yesterday I took the for him to test drive and he told me it is brake pads and he is not going to fix them as it is wear and tear, I have to pay for them to be fixed. I took the car back to them today and they told me I have to replace both disc and pads for all 4 tyres which is R11000.00. Is this what Unitrans does to all the clients sell them cars with defects and not fix them or I’m been treated like this because I’m black ? is Unitrans selling cars without giving guarantee of their used cars ?</p> <p> </p>
