UNAUTHORIZED DEBITS

UNAUTHORIZED DEBITS this company has DEBITS on my account without authority I have phoned them and still they debit...

Here is the crunch line even the debit date is wrong they debit me on the 25the and that's not even close to my paydate more proof is the recording in which I clearly state Im not interested and caught the agent from the call centre deliberately deceiving me and when I questioned her she evidently dropped the call..

Secondly Im a recently app**** for finance for a new car my car finance company told me the reason the can't approve my car finance is becouse of these small DEBITS from United Drew that are always unsuccessful when debiting. So now I can't buy a car for my business which I really need at this moment and my credit record has been severely damaged...

And lastly because of the unsuccessful UNAUTHORIZED DEBITS the bank costs are between R 90 to R 150 per debit... Total of R 550 per month times 3 months...

I need legal help against this company who will help me?
