Unauthorized Debit orders

My name is Destiny , there is a debit order that is going off my account each month that puts me in the minus every month , can u please stop or cancel it ,this was from February month till End of May :Unitedcon R95.00 returned to Acc. ********** 579REF ********** from ARCADEZONE ********** 546REF ********** UNITEDREWARDS ********** 536REF478495, PHONE VLT ********** 554REF ********** . I never agreed and don't have knowledge of what this is. THIS IS PUTTING MY ACCOUNT IN A MINUS EACH MONTH, I DO NOT LEAVE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT FOR THIS TO BE DEDUCTED BUT STILL R150 IS DEDUCTED FOR EACH Unsuccessful TRANSACTION I need this company to stop deducting money from my account.
