DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

These company of which I do not know are deducting money from my account without my concern, and if i just contact my about this problem they charge 25 for reversable. Please stop deducting my money.. Now I had to leave my account empty so that when this company deduct finds nothing on my accounts and the banke charge me insufficient fee.
