**** - UNITED THERMAL TECHNOLOGIES

In Jan 2014 we purchased an electricity saving unit from UNITED THERMAL TECHNOLOGY who claim to be associated with SESSA,by one Christopher. The next day the plumber came to install and informed that the unit would not work on our geyser and explained the reason for this. We immediately tried to make contact with UTT to cancel this agreement but were unable to get through to anyone via landline or cell. A sms was sent to Christopher to cancel the deal and collect the unit. This to no avail. We visited their premises at 261 Che Guevara Road (Moore Road), Glenwood Durban but could not gain entry. Almost 2 years later while battling it out with the bank, we still have not been able to make contact. We have a unit that cannot be used but has cost us R17700.00. The Ombudsman has however suggested \In light of the fact that this appears to have been a ****
