Complaint

I am writing because of united store located at A26 Dragon city where I purchased a Air fryer for an amount of R700 on the 30th June 2024 . Where I used it for 2 weeks and it stopped working Soni sent it back and he said he will fix it then I've been waiting to fetch it but when went to fetch it he said he can't fix it and won't refund me my money please help me report them . He also said that where he buys the products there is no guarantees so why must he give me guarantees This is there number ***
