What a pleasure the US embassy in Cape Town is to deal with. From the time you arrive to the time you leave. Friendly security - helpful polite staff and the most efficient service. Went on Monday - visa granted before you leave and I have already had DHL confirmation of it on its way back to me. 10 out of 10 !! A few departments can learn from this one. Many thanks
