Complaint of poor service

United services situated in Klerksdorp, Northwest Province.

Service is very bad & unprofessional. We have send our Dishwasher for repair, once and after 2 months it broke again. We took the machine back to them where we were informed that something else broke and will cost an additional R 2000.00. We did not accept the quote due to the fact that if the machine breaks after the first time why pay again. We got our machine back is such a horrible state (Scratched on the outside, electronic cable with mold on it, no 2nd basket in it and the smell inside the Dishwasher was not very pleasant). We contacted a second company to assist us and they informed us that the cords to the main switch was cut and the electronic box must be replaced. So the question is how do you send a clients machine back and you do not fix your mess. Do not make use of their service. They are very unprofessional the owner don’t contact you with regards your complaint.
