UNITED REWARDS ****.

To whom it may concern. I am currently having issues with a company called UNITED REWARDS. a consultant had called me with regards to rescue assist,medi assist,legal eye assist. I declined all the above information which was explained to me. for the past two months they have been debiting my account for a total amount of R395. My other concern is my bank account is now owing R150 per a debit which did not go through a total amount of R1500 is being billed to me from absa bank for so called admin fee charges,because there was insufficient funds.I dont understand how can a bank charge you R150 for a debit which bounced back and also there was no funds in the account for the debit. so absa is also forcefully charging me R1500 for not.having money in my account for UNITED REWARDS DEBITS. a total amount of R800/R1000 from united rewards . I also do not expect to pay for a service which I did not agree or sign to. when I try calling UNITED REWARDS know answer and its completely blank. please assist ,as I refuse to pay for a consultants *****ulant actions.calls are recorded please pul out records. I also dont understand how can UNITED REWARDS still be operating as a business if a customer cannot get hold of any one in the company neither does the phone lines work.4 different numbers. thank you.
