****ty Unauthorized Debit orders from UNITED REWARDS

United Rewards is a **** , I constantly have to reverse debit orders charged by them at my own expense....when you call the "contact me" number, your calls are left unanswered for the longest time!

Furthermore, when I did have my call answered, I was assured that this bull**** would stop....yet my account was deducted from once again!!!! Can someone please advise on how to get this **** stopped once and for all??
