United Reptiles - Amazing variety and excellent customer support.
I love visiting the store to chat to Dennis for ideas and tips and to see all that he has on offer. United Reptiles has the best prices by far and should something not be in stock, Dennis quickly sources the item. Keep up the great work Dennis and thank you always being willing to support and advise those of us who are starting out with this passion.

Poor Customer service
I ordered from United Reptiles and the product was delivered by The Courier Guy. It arrived damaged, but neither the courier nor the shop is taking responsibility. United Reptiles only offered me half a refund, which is unacceptable as I paid in full for a new product. The Courier Guy refused to acknowledge the damage at all. This is very poor customer service from both companies, and I want to warn others to be careful before ordering.
