WORST WORST WORST Service ever!!!!!!
ZERO service, ZERO interest in providing a service. Phones either keep playing automated recording, or they simply don't work!
Emails not getting answered. Went to UPS head office in JHB to sort out an issue in person, had lots of promises made, but still NOTHING, no feedback, no service!!
In short, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF UPS AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RESOLVE AN ISSUE!!
THE WORST, WORST WORST SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sam, Zweli, Lyness, Nicho, all unable and not interested in assisting. Sam, doesn't help you give your mobile number, promise to follow up and provide feedback, but then don't do any of that, and then simply avoiding calls?
