WORST SERVICE WITH RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF

This is the WORST SERVICE! My shipment has been on warehouse scan since 1st November 2020??! I’ve called UPS and the staff is SO RUDE & even hung up on me! I phoned again and consultant will just pretend not hear me when she heard my voice and hang up TWICE! It’s been 5 workings days and nothing’s been done, no movement and no feedback!
