Worst service ever UPS delivery
A small package was shipped from the UK in January. The details show that it was delivered yet there was no one who called me or delivered to me. How do you handover a package to a person who is not authorised to receive it? The weird thing is I stay alone as well so I don't even know whom it was delivered to. What kind of service is this?
