Worst service ever! Parcels never delivered on time - still waiting

The worst delivery service by far. I bought a parcel which was was released from customs 7 days ago. I have also received an email from ups saying my parce will be delivered on the 19th of December and till to date i haven't received my parcel. When i phoned their customer service they say my parcel is not scheduled for delivery yet which I have paid for the express delivery for it and and its in thier warehouse. The delivery service is so so so bad. I want my parcel as soon as possible.
