Worst service ever. Nobody to reach!

I have been waiting for a shipment for over a month. Two weeks back I got an email to say the parcel is in the country. WHY ARE YOU NOT DELIVERING? Ontop of that the call centre line does not work. How am I supposed to get the shipment????
