Worst Service EVER

Ups SA - A parcel of mine has been sitting in the kempton park warehouse for a week now. I have constantly requested for help. I have contacted payments, and they directed me to customer service which seems to be non existent. I have contacted clearing agents directly but there is still no help. I can literally name and shame. I have never experienced this type of lack of service before and its really disappointing. No one seems to know what they are doing. I should of used ARAMEX or FEDEx. I guess some lessons are learnt the hard way
