WORST SERVICE EVER

I have never experienced such bad service EVER! I purchased Coachella tickets from the US and paid $25 to express ship them to my door. The tickets arrived in South Africa on the 15th of March but has still not reached my door. When I call UPS South Africa, they simply tell me that they cannot track the parcel and that there is nothing they can do.

The event is next weekend, the tickets are worth a large amount of money and UPS has just told me that they do not have my parcel and there is nothing they can do.

NEVER EVER USE THEM.
