Worst service

I am quite disappointed with the level of service I’ve received. I was already asked to provide a copy of my ID yesterday, and I comp**** with that request, Yet today, I’ve been asked again to submit the same document.

This repeated request is both frustrating and inefficient. I rely on timely deliveries to fulfill orders for my customers, and delays like this directly impact my business. I urge you to address this matter urgently and improve your communication and internal processes.
