Worst, run!

The worst! My parcel has been in SA since the 13th. I received an email about customs on the 18th, I paid, by the 19th customs clearance was completed. Worse, when you call, you are sent from pillar to post. I was eventually told that my parcel is with DSV and out for delivery. More than a week later, I still haven't received my shipment. How long does it take to deliver a parcel from Kempton park to Pretoria?
