worst of the international shippers.
TERRIBLE (non)SERVICE.
clueless staff who:
- don't return calls when they promise to do so.
- provide "direct numbers" which turns out to be normal call center numbers where you are placed on hold for 25 minutes.
on hold for 25 minutes?
