Worst International Courier Company I have dealt with ever

I do at least 10 to 12 international couriers a week, have only dealt 4 times with UPS and every time a complete stuff up, I been invoiced for packages that were lost, no communication at all, the staff have no clue what is happening, in one instance they tell me the package is lost and another staff asks me for a commercial invoice, their internal communication is non existent I can't wait to pay this account off and close it for good, I have advise all my customers to use UPS at their own risk
