Worst disingenuous shipping\courier company

I ordered a €7.95(R137) product and the shipping was €60(R1058). Shipping is usually from seller to delivery address as it is the same company doing the delivery. The only additional cost should be Import Tax and Duty if applicable.

But when my package was hold up and they didn't contact me to inform me of additional cost that need to be paid before they will release my package. I had to phone them 4 times over 2 days before I received my invoice. Each time speaking to an unprofessional employee hat surely couldn't care less if I receive my package or not.

When I finally received my invoice I was surprised with an additional cost far exceeding the tax and import duty. BROKERAGE ADMINISTRATION CHARGE R172.50 DISBUR*****T FEE R120.75 CUSTOMS DUTY R10.80 CUSTOMS VAT R13.50

After trying to phone them twice to query the totals, the first time the phone was put down and the second time I was put through to the accounts department and no one answered after I hold on for 12 mins.

This is the worst shipping\courier company and unprofessional employees with high hidden cost that they don't tell you upfront about.

Do not use them unless you have no other choice, but be aware that the cost will be more than quoted!
