Worst delivery service ever. Zero stars should be an option.

Absolutely pathetic and unprofessional. They hang up on you when you call. And this is after they put you on old for ages. They refuse to adhere to an agreed-upon delivery date. You may as well collect your parcels yourself given how useless this company is. How, in the age of GPS and tracking services, are you so absolutely incapable of providing a delivery time or even day? Their representative then **** about delays when their own inefficiency is to blame. Poor communication channels from their website and staff. Never use them if you have a choice. I was forced to use them by Amazon. I would rate them zero stars.
