Worst customer service I have ever had!
Terrible customer service! I have been trying to get help with my parcel for a whole week no, with no assistance. I can see my parcel on their website, that says it requires additional action. I have been trying to contact them and they only say that the tracking number doesn't exist. How can I see a parcel on the website and they claim the tracking number doesn't exits!

15 Dec 2021, 11:34I am still trying to locate my parcel with to no avail. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a courier company. They can't tell me what they did with the parcel intended for me, that was given to them to deliver.
