Worst customer service EVER!!! Been holding for over 1 hour but no answer
I have been trying to contact UPS but I’ve been on hold for 1 hour with no answer. My package has been delayed an should’ve arrived on the 14th December but I don’t even know why or where it currently is. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Don’t use them, else you’ll regret it. You’ll never go wrong with DHL or FedEx
