worst customer ever!!!

i have ordered something from the states on the 6th of June it is now the 02nd of July i have received no tracking information from the 24th of June and there is no updated information on the site if i trying to email the site is unavailable if i try to call iam out on hold for too long and eventually the call gets cut off, this is so frustrating and its complete disregard for the customer this service is terrible its the worst i have ever received for a courier company. this is the first time i am using their service and it definitely will be the last.
