Worst courier service in the world

My order from Amazon arrive in South Africa on the 28th April, and has been delayed everyday since then, with poor excuses on their APP and one can never get hold of them via phone to arrange a pickup no one answers the darn phone.

I thought South African Post Office was the worst till I met UPS. Sick of their **** service, will never recommend or use them ever again.

My package took 3 day to arrive from UK including going through customs, waiting two weeks since it arrived in SA, their service sucks big time.
