Worst courier company

I bought preseed lubricant on amazon which is also sold at Dischem however dieschem was still waiting for stock so I decided let me buy it from Amazon, which was also R100 cheaper. My order was supposed to be delivered to me on the 4th of November till today I did not receive it. I git a mail from ups wanting to know what is the product used for. I called the call centre and they advised that the order is still with customs since the 3rd but on their website it shows out for deliver. AMAZON SHOULD SHOP USING THEM!
