Worst courier an customer service

Wow, thats all i can say. Nobody contacts me regarding information they need for my parcel. Yet im waiting on the parcel to be delivered, but its stil hold up at clearance. After spending over R200 on airtime to call an wait on lines for over 13 minutes at time. Still no help for customers that have paid for delivery. Could possibly be the worst courier company in country, your customer service is non existent an under trained for the job. I will probaly get no response from anybody, but thats ok consumers need to know what happening to there goods when dealing with a company such as yours
