Package takes 3 days from Hong Kong, to USA to Germany to South Africa.
It takes these idiots a month to even find the package Absolutely useless

23 Jan 2024, 11:05So it gets even worse, they have no clue where my package i, says its been handed over to a 3rd part, when I ask the contact for 3rd party they say they are not allowed to give me the companies details??? What nonsense is this, if the company has my package then I have every right to ask for their details as I need the parcel. Man you guys need to sort this out ASAP
