worse experience, can't explain UPS is junk

if there is a chance to give a zero rating i was going to do it. The emails of this company don't go through, i tried to call the company to clear my item on Wednesday its now Friday there is no help from the organisation. What a waste of time, the guys want me to travel 50 KM just to give them documents which can be sent via email.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SHIPPING COMPANY. I deal with DHL most of the time, and my items are cleared way before they arrive in SA, and i know i communicate with one person not with UPS, 3 people drop emails with no solution.
