WITS END WITH UPS SOUTH AFRICA - SPEECHLESS!

Again, I have to share my absolute dismay with this Courier company. I receive parcels regularly from the UK, via UPS. Everytime they slap on duty and it is a nightmare to have it reversed. I provide the correct documents which are simply ignored and whoever is sitting in the SA JHB offices - just immediately processes with duty. Then the fun begins and to get this corrected - you may as well just get up and bash your head against the wall. Again this week it has happened and my emails are totally ignored - phone calls are impossible - just do not get through!!! Please tell me there are way more efficient, effective Courier companies out there.
