Whatever you do do not use UPS courier services in South Africa.

This is the first review I have ever written such is my disgust at the poor service received at UPS South Africa. The communication is non-existent unless they require payment. Emails not responded to, phone calls are cut off or you wait over 30 minutes and still no answer (9:30 a.m.) when I tried to speak to someone in management. My parcel, which was a b'day present of 6 ***** of special wool, took 2 days from France and 36 days later still waiting to hear why the tracking indicates "warehouse scan". I only wish i had read other similar reviews about UPS before i used this service....
