What service?????

My Shipment got to South Africa Firstly they contacted the shipper for the custom fees, also a warning if not paid it will be sent back The I received the custom fees, which was extremely high, but if you don't pay, you won't get it I paid the fees and sent proof of payment 2 days later I enquired and then they asked for the payment again Which I sent and asked for confirmation Yes again no reply When I emailed again, the asked someone to release because fees had been paid For days now the shipment has not moved Ask for an update- no reply ask for a complaints email - no reply and we know why How pathetic is this service????
