WHAT A USELESS MESS

This is most useless company i have ever dealt with and I have really dealt with bad operators. There is no Customer service, and even although there are always multiple people copied in on the limited correspondence, it is as if they are ghosts, never to participate or make any comments even after numerous attempts to try and get them to communicate. They also do not answer Phones advertised on mails, to avoid having to respond to queries. I can go on and on but its like there is just no way to get to these large companies that feel nothing for there customers plights. They just carry on and in the process destroy productivity, progress in a country that can ill afford further delays and incompetence. I wish i could join a class action that can sue them for the losses incurred due to their total lack of service My Recommendation is to NEVER USE THIS USELESSS COMPANY
