Want YOUR PARCEL to go missing use UPS to lose it

Been trying to get hold of UPS to get information of a parcel tracking no 1ZA46K***. Been on the phone yesterday for 3 hours and 1hr37min this morning all that you are able to listen is a automated voice telling you to hold on. The person who sent the parcel were informed that UPS tried to contact me but I have not received any phone calls or emails and trying to phone them is not working. Is there some way of contacting these people to get the parcel delivered. Not the first time I have this problem as UPS not longer deliver anything them selves but use low cost delivery services
