Waiting months for a parcel and getting absolutely NO FEEDBAC****! 4 months?

As I am typing this I have been on hold for 30min 07 second... Bought a carpet in India while on holiday. I understand customs takes a while but ****** hell, there is absolutely no feedback at all! I have spend hours on hold as I am getting referred to different people, There is absolutely no reply on any emails, Can somebody please give me feedback??? how hard is it to courier? you have one job, courier!!!!! going on 4 months now
