Waited over a month for a package

Absolutely the worst delivery company I’ve ever had to deal with. My order was dispatched by the store I ordered from on Nov 2,2024 till date, which is Dec 3,2024 I have not received my package. They don’t update me, I have to run after UPS asking when it would be delivered and they always assure me it will be delivered the next day. Their customer services agents are wonderful, don’t get me wrong, they just work for an *********** company that reflects bad on them as agents. South African and UK delivery companies were amazing, I don’t even know why we’re using an American delivery company as first point of contact - it’s so unreliable and ***********. Disappointed, angry and frustrated doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel.
