Very Unprofessional and Unhelpful

I phoned Ups a couple of times and all I get is referred to a wrong department or person every time. The employees of UPS seems to have bad attitude when you speak with them. They suppose to give you the customer service and be helpful but they don't seem to want to help you. I'm sure they don't know what they talking about and seem all nervous when you ask them a simple question. Friday I phoned and the one guy said my parcel will be here by Monday he didn't inform me about the cost I need to pay first. I'm very disappointed with UPS South Africa service just hope they can give their staff the proper training.
