Very poor service!!!!
I made a purchase on the Daniel Wellington website on 24 Nov 2023. I then received a notification that my parcel will be delivered by UPS on 30 Nov 2023. Now, UPS keep sending me notifications that delivery for my parcel has been delayed and will no longer be done on 30 Nov, and they can’t confirm when delivery will be done. I find this to be very unacceptable that they expect me to just wait without knowing when my parcel will be delivered.

30 Nov 2023, 18:32UPDATE: within a few minutes after i posted this review I was contacted by a gentleman from UPS customer support and he provided me with all details regarding my parcel. Im extremely impressed with how quickly they contacted me. I’m a very happy customer!!!! Thank you so much😉
