Very Poor Service

<p>I noticed that my delivery address was incorrect as I was in the process of making a payment for my parcel which I was overcharged for and I decided to pay regardless of the exorbotant amount. </p> <p> </p> <p>I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Katlego and I alerted him on the 5th of Dec. He then responded on the 6th and said the invoice would be updated in 2 - 3 days. I dont understand how a mere delivery address would take amost 3 days to be updated.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im extremely dissapointed with the poor service along with the unecessary delay that this has caused. I now have to wait for s mere address to be updated before I receive my parcel. </p>
