Very Poor and horrible customer service

Have been in contact with these guys tracking my parcel and the customer service is poor, bad attitude and putting you on hold without saying so then letting you hold for 15 minutes until call drops and they do not even bother to contact you back, what a disappointment the past two days have been horrible because I have been getting the same treatment
