Very pathetic service - Never will they be patronised again...

Inquired on numerous occasions about my parcel. No one bothers to provide an update. When the parcel is finally cleared and ready for delivery the driver came and claimed found noone at the address provided. No one bothered to contact me to advise the driver was at the property. Even though I had pleaded with UPS consultants that the parcel was urgent, when I express my disappointment with the agents they were unempathetic and just couldn't care about satisfying my needs as a customer.
