Very Pathetic service

What a pathetic company, And for all the one in South Africa. They asked me for details, which I sent, then I was waiting for my parcel, nothing happened. When I contacted them again, they said they did try and phone, but no answer, I looked at the call log and nothing. Needless to say, when I told them that, my parcel had to go Your package has been delayed due to a Government regulatory agency hold. then customs, then Documentation required for import is incomplete or missing. We are working to obtain this information then Government regulatory agency hold again. And no one contacts you. this is so pathetic. When you want to speak to a manager, you get cut off, and tracking does not justify. I will make sure You get very bad reviews
