Utterly useless...

Waited two days at home with 0% success for parcel, after getting notified it is out for delivery. 1st day, some "exception" on my parcel - no one pitched up. Their reference, "delivery attempted..." Where did they attempt this "delivery" as I was at home the whole day...?

Second day, after being in CONSTANT communication with tracking department, since 07:04 AM. 17:16 saw exception on website. Received notification via SMS at 17:55 of said "exception." Phoned tracking, the exception on their side is "the driver does not have time to get to my location."

I'm sorry...but if it is my JOB to deliver parcels and I've tried for 2 days to deliver 1 of them.... And I STILL don't have time to deliver a parcel weighing LESS than 400 GRAMS, I don't think that this job is for me... Likewise...why does a person like that still work at a PARCEL delivery company!?

So tomorrow will be the THIRD ****ing day I wait for a small parcel to be delivered to me and lets hope it's not too difficult for "The worlds largest package delivery company..."
