USPS - Parcel hasn't moved for 12 Days!

I have had a parcel shipped to me from New York on 20th July 2018. Tracking Number EP ********** 84US On 21st July it left a transfer airport in Zurich and has not moved for 12 days which was marked Priority Mail Express International??? When we query we just get the same information - In Transit. Where is my parcel?
