Useless UPS SA
Terrible customer service, I have had no communication since the 9th when my delivery was scheduled. The App also stopped updating since the 9th. I have been emailing since the 10th with no further assistance and calling since but no-one answers the phone. They have been paid in full too!!!!!! No replies and No parcels have arrived!!!!

I think in future I must use Hello Peter to get through to UPS, you have been very prompt and helpful and I appreciate your time taken to solving my weeks nightmate. I honestly don't want to go through this again with my next shipment? I did want to also query something with you, since I did not get a clear answer..... I was invoiced for customs and paid immediately the full amount. On the 9th another invoice was generated and R345 was added on for "detained inspection" ... It was only brought to my attention Monday the 13th, again I paid in full immediately... Why was that not included in the original invoice and surely if that was part of customs they would not have released it with out payment so how can UPS charge me further fees after the fact?
